Ive downloaded just about every basketball coaching tool in the app store. I had just about given up till I started playing around with this one. Within a couple of hours I had my entire play book loaded. In bounds lineups are saved, plays can be run. Just turn on record and its like a erasable board but way easier. Cant wait to try it out a game. I think the novelty of it will make the kids listen better. Way to get this 62+ old guy into the 25th century. A few improvements (which they say are on the way). They answered my questions within hours of me asking - cant beat that for service. Looking forward wait to seeing the January updates that are applied. Basketball Coaches this is a must have app!!!!

Trying to switch over from player to ball movement requires more than a double tap. Its difficult to try and use it in that term but the layout is great. Please try fixing the bugs it has said want this ready for my season coming up in the winter.

Easy to use and good graphics. Missing a critical feature which would be the ability to save a drawn up play. Also needs to have features like setting screens and shooting. Multiple options during plays would also be great. Hopefully, an update would add these features.

Would be a great 5 star but need to be able to save the plays that I record and also be able to have a screen or pick icon where screens are set.

I bought this app & it replaced my other basketball apps! It is a GREAT DEAL & I cant believe I got it for $0.99! I used the app at a basketball clinics to copy plays & drills from college coaches & it worked awesome! I have my play book (offense & defenses) saved as well as drills! I have used it as a teaching tool this summer with my players. I follow the app on Twitter @hcbasketballapp . I tweeted them some questions & suggestions, & they responded very quickly. AWESOME APP SUPPORT! VERY USER FRIENDLY, & easy to save your plays! A cant miss app! THANKS!

I have literally purchased every possible basketball playbook app or play animation app and literally none of them can do what this app does. Definitely the best. With a few updates it will just keep getting better. With my apple tv I can stream the plays on the 50" tv in our locker room

I like this app, but dont love it. I have downloaded almost all others, and this is the closest to functional. It is nice animation, but functionality is key. What is missing that would make this a great app is the multiple motions for each step. If I am coaching a-team boys, and they dont know all 3 or 5 should move together on a motion play, then what good is it. soccer dad app is by far the best sports app on this app store. I was asking the developer if he would make this same app for basketball. All these basketball apps can learn from that developer. His solution is complete. Also, what is missing in this app is putting a name with the position like other apps. If this developer would make these small changes, the this app would be great. Thanks.

One thing missing though is the ability to move multiple players simultaneously. Only can move one player at a time which doesnt mimic a play properly. But aside from that a pretty good app. I tried a free one and it sucked.

I coach 4th grade boys and this app has been a wonderful teaching tool. I love the animation as it shows the trails and movement. I like the ability to "pass" the ball. The one add I would like to see is the ability to actually draw on the screen. That would be a tremendous help to highlight certain aspects of your plays. iPlaybook is great for drawing, but cant compare to the animation of this app. Youre almost there!! Keep up the good work and thanks for this app.

Great app so far, would like to see multiple movements at once, drawing, and ability to place a player out of bounds for inbound plays. Add those and it is easily a 5 star app. Good work!

I do not recommend this app. Player 4 would stick and would not move. This made it impossible to get ANY use out of the program.

This is a amazing application! I used it to teach my athletes our offense. Once the update for simultaneous movement drops it will be the best on the market. Its simple to use and looks great!!!

Great app for teaching youths basketball. Would like to see multiple movements at once as well. Kids just seem to grasp a concept a little easier when they see it in actual motion on a piece of technology.

Best play maker I have used (I have tried quite a few)...hands down. The one thing I am really looking for is an app that lets me draw up plays AND allows me to create a practice plan; I would love it if it were this app that did it.

Locked up the first 3 times I used it. Looks are ok. Tries too hard to give you options on what the court looks like...not what I care about as a coach. Directions are minimal. Cant recommend.

Really not very usable on iPhone. Not intuitive at all.

I have tried just about every basketball clipboard app and this one is by far the best! Animation is easy to set up and it allows me to save all my plays to show my team over and over. Well worth the $3

Doesnt work well at all. Locked up the very first time I tried to draw up a play. Now I cant do any thing with it. A waste of $3. Ill keep looking.

This is exactly what I am looking for minus the ability to chart out my defenses (I.E - fc trap, hc trap, junk zone).

After setting a screen and clicking on check - the screen locks up and I cannot do anything else. Is there a solution? I have not gone much further to give it a good review.
